Good questions to ask first
Do I have to write anything?
No. We write the site and the follow-up emails from your book. You'll get a draft to look over, and you can change anything you like, but there's no blank page waiting for you.
What do you need from me?
Your book (a PDF is fine), your cover, the email address you want leads sent to, and a next step if you have one, like a checklist or guide. If you don't, we'll suggest one from your book. Most sites are live within a week of getting those.
Do I need a CRM or any tech skills?
No. There's nothing to set up and nothing to connect. The only thing you ever open is your leads page.
Can my leads go into the CRM I already use?
Yes. A Signal Site runs your book campaign from the first request through the follow-up emails. After that, we can send each lead into your existing CRM or email system so it joins your normal process. If your system can accept a webhook (most can), we'll set up the connection for you.
Is this a landing page builder?
No. You never build anything. We design it, write it, host it and keep it running. You just get the leads.
Whose domain is it?
If you don't have one, we register a domain for your book as part of the service. If you already own one, we can build on it. You just point it to us.
Are my leads mine?
Yes. You can export your full list any time. If you ever leave, you get a copy of every lead before anything is switched off.
What if I outgrow it?
Then you upgrade, when you're ready. We also build scorecards and fuller follow-up systems, and a Signal Site is the natural first step. There's no pressure to move.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can cancel any time. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for and simply don't renew if you don't want them to.
